The Women Leadership Program 2024 application period is now open, according to Einstein Fellowships (ER). A group of 20–25 dynamic leaders from any professional field are given fellowships to attend a 6-week program in the United States of America.
The EF Global network’s nationals are eligible to apply for the leadership program. Applicants who are not citizens of EF’s member nations must prove that their activity affects the region and secure a formal nomination from an EF Global Network member.
During the fellowship program, you will develop leadership skills, foster interdisciplinary professional relationships, and concrete collaboration of impact to better your society. Program Duration
The program will run for six weeks in October and November of 2024 in the United States of America.

Selection Criteria
The applicant’s leadership experience and dedication to EF fellowships for a lifetime of involvement in furthering the organization’s goal of creating a more peaceful and prosperous world are taken into consideration when making the selection.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates belonging from the countries where EF is currently active
Candidates aged between 32-45 years at the time of fellowship are eligible
A track record of leadership skills
Strong English communication skills
Long time commitment with ER mission
The nationals where ER is not active must demonstrate their work has a regional impact and obtain written nomination from EF network members.

The Women’s Leadership Program 2024 application process is only available online through the official website. The application form must be submitted by February 15th, 2024, for all candidates.
In June 2024, the results will be officially announced.
