This time, HISA is in Hungary for its second Youth Dialogue session! You did really hear correctly. The HISA Youth Dialogue 2024 is accepting applications now. It will take place in Budapest, Hungary, on May 17–20, 2024. International applicants will find it easier to participate in the Youth Dialogue in Hungary as there are no requirements for the TOEFL or IELTS.
