The formal name of the KNB Scholarship is Beasiswa Kemitraan Negara Berkembang. Applications for the KNB Indonesian Government Scholarship 2024–2025 are now being accepted.
This esteemed award offers complete funding for the pursuit of undergraduate, graduate, or doctorate degrees at participating Indonesian universities. With 1,457 study programs, 31 Indonesian universities are taking part in the KNB Scholarship program.
The Republic of Indonesia’s Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology will choose 222 (two hundred twenty-two) recipients of the KNB Scholarship in 2024.
The KNB scholarship is completely supported and includes monthly stipend, living allowance, settlement allowance, tuition, and health insurance. Below are the prerequisites for the KNB scholarship as well as the application procedure.

1 Year Indonesian Language Training Program (BIPA) is compulsory for all applicants.

Note: After 60 days of graduation, all KNB Scholars will depart the nation. The scholar’s return ticket will be scheduled by the host university.

KNB Scholarship Requirements
Have a nationality that the Indonesian government designates as developing.

Offer TOEFL ITP, TOEFL IBT, TOEIC, and IELTS.
The English Language Test is waived for participants who are native English speakers.
The English Language Test is waived for participants who have completed their prior education at an English-medium institution as long as they can provide proof of their English language proficiency.
The oldest applicant for a bachelor’s scholarship is 21 years old.
For a master’s scholarship, the maximum age is 35.
For PhD scholarships, the maximum age is 40 years old.
